2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, plus extra for topping

1/2 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, onion, celery, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
