1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 large tortillas or low-carb wraps
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese
Optional: 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken pieces, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
If using, stir in mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla.
Sprinkle cheese over the chicken.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly to form a wrap.
Optional: Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and cook the wraps seam-side down for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Alternatively, cook in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway.
