Ingredients
Scale
2 large flour tortillas
1 cup cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works well)
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1 tablespoon butter or cooking spray for crisping
Instructions
Place the shredded chicken in a bowl and toss it lightly with 2 tablespoons of the ranch dressing.
Lay one tortilla flat. Layer half of the seasoned chicken, half of the crumbled bacon, and half of the cheese down the center. Add a layer of lettuce.
Drizzle a little more ranch dressing over the filling.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then tightly roll the wrap from the bottom up. Repeat with the second tortilla.
Lightly brush the outside of each wrap with melted butter or spray with cooking spray.
Place the wraps in the air fryer basket, seam-side down.
Air fry at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) for 4 to 6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
Slice in half and serve immediately with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
For extra crunch, add 2 tablespoons of crushed tortilla chips inside the wrap before rolling.
You can substitute the cooked chicken with crispy chicken tenders if you prefer a crunchier chicken texture inside the wrap.
Prepare the filling components ahead of time to make this a 5-minute quick lunch assembly.
