  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour

  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine cottage cheese and egg in a microwave-safe mug or small bowl. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork until smooth.
  2. Whisk in the egg until well combined.
  3. Add cocoa powder, almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until just combined and no lumps remain.
  4. If using, stir in chocolate chips.
