Make this easy Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna for a simple, cheesy, and hearty weeknight dinner. This dump-and-go slow cooker recipe uses frozen ravioli, requiring minimal effort for maximum comfort food flavor.

  • 1 (24 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce, or meat sauce if preferred
  • 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker insert.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Spread about 1 cup of the marinara sauce evenly over the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
  5. Spread half of the ricotta mixture evenly over the ravioli layer.
  6. Sprinkle 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese over the ricotta.
  7. Spoon about 1 cup of the marinara sauce over the mozzarella layer.
  8. Repeat the layers: remaining ravioli, remaining ricotta mixture, remaining mozzarella cheese, and the rest of the sauce.
  9. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or on HIGH for 1.5 to 2 hours, until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is melted.
  10. Sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese on top during the last 15 minutes of cooking, if desired.
  11. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving directly from the slow cooker.

Notes

  • You can use a meat sauce instead of plain marinara for a richer flavor.
  • If your ravioli package is larger, adjust the layers slightly to fit.
  • This recipe works well for meal prep; leftovers reheat nicely.
