Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
1 cup Catalina dressing
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup chopped onion
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to package directions. Let cool.
In a large bowl, layer the shredded lettuce, cooked taco meat, shredded cheese, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and chopped onion.
Just before serving, add the crushed Doritos and drizzle with Catalina dressing. Toss gently to combine.
Notes
To make ahead, layer all ingredients except the Doritos and dressing. Store covered in the refrigerator. Add Doritos and dressing just before serving to maintain crunch.
For a lighter version, substitute ground turkey for beef.
