Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce (or more, to taste)

Instructions

  2. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Taste and add more chili garlic sauce if you prefer a spicier sauce.
  4. Serve immediately with your favorite dumplings or potstickers.

Notes

  • This sauce can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • For a milder sauce, reduce the amount of chili garlic sauce or omit it.
  • Add a pinch of sugar for a touch of sweetness.
  • A dash of grated fresh ginger or minced garlic can add extra flavor.
