  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. Place the trimmed broccolini on a large baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the broccolini with olive oil.
  4. Add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the baking sheet.
  5. Toss everything together with your hands until the broccolini is evenly coated.
