A no-bake, edible cookie dough recipe packed with protein, perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or stevia, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine protein powder, cottage cheese or Greek yogurt, almond butter, almond milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until a thick dough forms. Add more almond milk, one teaspoon at a time, if the dough is too stiff.
  3. Stir in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
