A quick and easy one-pan dinner featuring shrimp, sausage, and broccoli in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce. Perfect for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Push sausage and broccoli to one side of the skillet. Add shrimp to the empty side and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
  5. Pour the sauce over the shrimp, sausage, and broccoli. Stir to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately, optionally over rice or noodles.
