Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 (1-inch thick) boneless or bone-in pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  4. Rub the seasoning blend evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the pork chops and spread it to coat.
  6. Place the seasoned pork chops on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
  8. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can add vegetables like potatoes or broccoli to the same baking sheet for a complete sheet pan dinner.
  • Ensure your oven is accurately preheated for best results.
