A creamy, sharp cheddar spread with pimentos, perfect for sliders, crackers, or game day.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimentos, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and mayonnaise until well combined.
  3. Add the chopped pimentos, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to your preference.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

  • For a smoother spread, you can use a food processor to combine all ingredients.
  • This spread can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
