Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
In a large bowl, combine the entire box of red velvet cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix with a spoon or electric mixer on low speed until just combined into a thick dough. Do not overmix.
If using, gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
