Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (9 inch) pre-made graham cracker or cookie crust

Instructions

  1. Place the chocolate chips in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium power for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until the chips are melted and smooth.
  2. Stir the pecans, coconut, crushed pretzels, and marshmallows into the melted chocolate until everything is evenly coated.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the chocolate and ingredient mixture. Stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the entire mixture into the pre-made pie crust. Spread the mixture evenly.
  6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until firm enough to slice.
  7. Slice and serve cold.

Notes

  • For a richer crust flavor, use a pre-made Oreo cookie crust instead of graham cracker.
