Quick, high-protein turkey and cheese roll-ups perfect for a 5-minute lunch or snack. These no-cook wraps are ideal for meal prep and on-the-go eating.

Ingredients

  • 6 large tortillas or low-carb wraps
  • 6 slices deli turkey
  • 6 slices cheese (cheddar, provolone, or Swiss)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing, hummus, or mustard
  • Optional: lettuce leaves, spinach

Instructions

  1. Lay out the tortillas flat.
  2. Spread your chosen spread evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Place one slice of cheese on top of the spread.
  4. Layer one slice of deli turkey over the cheese.
  5. If using, add lettuce or spinach leaves.
  6. Tightly roll up each tortilla, starting from one edge.
  7. Slice the roll-ups in half or into pinwheels if desired.
