1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 ounces pasta, cooked according to package directions
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
Return chicken to the skillet. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat everything in the sauce.
Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
For a thinner sauce, add a splash of pasta water.
You can substitute chicken thighs for chicken breasts.
