A rich and spicy baked dip featuring jalapeños, cream cheese, and bacon, perfect for game days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh jalapeños (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, chopped jalapeños, green onions, and garlic powder.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish (an 8×8 inch dish works well).
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden brown on top.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dippers like tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
  • If you prefer a smoother dip, you can blend the cream cheese mixture before adding the other ingredients.
  • This dip can also be made in a slow cooker on low for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Consider this a great option if you are looking for keto meal plan delivery ideas.
