- 1 cup Bisquick mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons mini pepperoni
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line with mini muffin liners.
- In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick mix and milk. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the batter into each mini muffin cup. Top each with a small dollop of marinara sauce.
