A basic vinaigrette recipe you can make in a jar for easy meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 3 parts olive oil
  • 1 part vinegar (red wine, balsamic, or apple cider)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, and sweetener (if using) in a jar.
  2. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Seal the jar and shake well until emulsified.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Store in the refrigerator. Shake before each use.
